Scope and operator identity
This website is operated under the trade name RitualForge Labs. Verified electronic contact: info@ritualforgelabs.com. The legal entity name, postal address and registration/tax identifiers are not yet verified for publication; consumer distance sales are therefore not enabled through this website.
Informational website and enquiries
The public catalogue is informational. An email, availability enquiry or access request is not an order and does not by itself create a contract. A contract exists only after an explicit offer and acceptance identifying the product, price, taxes, delivery and applicable terms.
Products and handmade variations
Availability, appearance, weight and other handmade characteristics may vary within stated tolerances. Images and descriptions must be read together with the product label, identifier, batch information and safety warnings supplied for the specific product. Material errors will be corrected.
Correct and safe use
Use products only for their stated intended purpose and follow the product page, label and accompanying instructions. Outdoor Aroma Tablets involve flame, heat, hot residue and smoke and are outdoor-only.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site text, graphics, photographs, marks and software are protected. You may browse and retain a personal copy where lawful, but may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape it abusively, impersonate others or use content commercially without permission.
Third-party links and technical availability
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We work to keep information and the site available, but may correct errors, suspend features or perform maintenance. These statements do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and communications
Personal data used for enquiries and portal access is governed by the Privacy Policy. Safety reports may be retained and shared with competent authorities or supply-chain actors where legally required.
Consumer distance-sales readiness
No consumer checkout is currently offered. Before distance sales are enabled, the purchasing flow must provide the trader identity and address, total price including taxes, delivery and payment terms, payment-obligation wording, the 14-day withdrawal right and only genuinely applicable statutory exceptions, model withdrawal form, return costs and procedure, refunds, complaints and conformity/legal-guarantee rights. Opening packaging alone does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. From 27 September 2026, any required harmonised legal-guarantee notice under Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 will be displayed in its official form without stylistic alteration.
Complaints, governing law and mandatory rights
Send complaints to info@ritualforgelabs.com. Bulgarian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer, product-safety, conformity, personal-injury or other non-excludable rights.
Revisions
Effective 27 August 2026. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and will not retroactively remove acquired mandatory rights.
